  1. I have used capsiplex last year and it does work really great if you can maintain a proper exercise routine. But since I have not tried this new version (capsiplex plus), I cannot comment on it as of yet. I did read a good deal about this new 5 htp supplement and I may soon give it a try. But I would love to hear from others as well.
